Entries are missing after reinstalling
Toddi stores entries locally on your iPhone. Deleting the app can remove local data. Availability in a device backup depends on your Apple backup settings.
A character video is not playing
Toddi shows a static character when Reduce Motion is enabled or a video asset is unavailable. You can review this in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Motion.
Privacy
Toddi does not automatically attach or transmit your check-ins when you contact support. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
