How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings in Return By and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Does Return By read my email?
No. You enter purchases manually. Return By does not request access to your inbox or require an app account.
How does iCloud sync work?
Sync is optional. When enabled, the app stores its records in your private iCloud database so they can appear on devices using the same iCloud account.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Check Settings → Notifications → Return By and confirm notifications are allowed. Then check the reminder time and selected offsets in Return By Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Open Return By Settings. You can delete individual purchases, delete all local data or, when sync is enabled, delete synchronized data from iCloud and connected devices.
What should I include in a support email?
Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, the steps that caused the issue and any visible error message. Do not send payment details or sensitive order information.
