Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Return By. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Purpose of the app
Return By is an organizational tool for manually tracking purchases, return deadlines, shipments and refunds. It does not connect to sellers, submit returns, guarantee eligibility or provide legal, financial or consumer-rights advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information and checking each seller’s current return policy, deadlines, shipping requirements and refund terms. App reminders are a convenience and may be affected by device settings, permissions, time-zone changes or system conditions.
Return By Pro
Return By Pro is a non-consumable In-App Purchase that removes the active-purchase limit. It is a one-time purchase associated with your Apple Account and is processed by Apple. You can restore the entitlement through the app. Billing, refunds and purchase availability are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
iCloud
Optional synchronization uses your personal iCloud account. Availability and delivery depend on Apple’s iCloud services, your account, connectivity and device settings. Keep any information you cannot afford to lose backed up separately.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law or use it in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that reminders, synchronization or other features will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for missed return windows, rejected returns, shipping losses, delayed refunds, lost data or indirect losses resulting from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
The app and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
